The of the man is made of a grey wool dress coat or jacket with a grecian trim in the lower part, a shirt with a very original collar, and a double pants, the interior ones of cotton, and the outer ones of coarse black wool. This type of pants, with some variations, one also finds in other part of the highlands, for example Sololá, Almolonga, Olintepeque and others.

The woman uses a huipil with designs similar to the interior pants of the man, moreover a belt of one color, and a skirt or corte with blue stripes.

The shoe or caite of the man has a very direct resemblance to the one that is worn in Chamula, in the neighboring state of Chiapis, in the Republic of Mexico

El del hombre está formado por una casaca o chaqueta de lana gris, con una greca en la parte de abajo, una camisa con cuello de tipo muy original y un doble pantalón, de hilo el interior, y de lana negra gruesa el exterior. Este tipo de pantalón, con algunas variantes, se observa también en algunas otras regiones del altiplano, como Sololá, Almolonga, Olintepeque y otros lugares,.

La mujer usa un "huipil" con diseños muy parecidos al pantalón interior del hombre, además "faja" de un color, y falda o "corte" con listas azules.

El zapato o "caite" del hombre tiene muy directa semejanza con el que lleva el Chamula, en el vecino Estado de Chiapas, de la República Mexicana.
